"Room was extremely clean especially for being a pet friendly room where I had my dog with me. No smell whatsoever. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was amazing. Great pillows and mattress. They even use fabric softener on the towels which is a nice touch most hotels skip. "

"Old room. Very noisy. It was a dance competition going on. Hard to find parking. Bathroom sink and shower drain were very slowly. If you are looking for quiet place, this is not for you."

"When I booked the room there was no indication they were remodeling the hotel. The photos appear that it is updated. After we checked in, they told us the elevators were not working due to remodeling. I had elderly ladies with me that have problems using stairs and walking. If I would have known this I never would have booked this hotel. We returned from dinner and decided to park near the entrance closest to the stairs so the ladies didn’t have to walk as far. The entrance lock was broken, with a note that said due to remodeling the key card would not open the door, we had to walk even further due to this. Once to our room, the television was broken. Rooms were updated, but the bathtub was still worn and gross…. Breakfast attendant was nice, small but typical hotel breakfast. Outside of the building and things just aren’t as nice as other hotels, their remodel appears as they just put lipstick on a pig."

"Beds were comfy and our room was clean. Did not receive a friendly welcome from the person who checked us in… no info besides here is your room number. She appeared annoyed when I asked the best place to park to access our room. Had to look up check out and breakfast times. Hoping we just caught her at a bad time! All other desk staff greater us when we went through the lobby."
