Staff is exceptional; very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and nicely furnished. Breakfast was simple and met our needs. Parking was easy and the hotel is conveniently located.

Place is so beautiful, the owner was so kind! And also he looks like Santa Claus! Ja, ja! It is a very good place to stay more than one night. We hope we can go back soon. Also the breakfast was good! Thank you so much!

I also slept here in January and what a stupid thing it was, the hotel was really great, but the service was very bad. Now everything is fine Alina should work in this hotel forever. very pleased at check-in of the hotel & grounds, all in nice condition and obviously maintained. gal at check-in was very nice and later showed what and absolutley amazing & caring person she is! we got up to our room, settled in and were relaxing-despite storm with heavy lightning. shortly after 10pm our phones started shrieking which turned out to be an immediately tornado warning. we made it downstairs to find a number of guests also smartly came down to the lobby. This is a lovely property and we enjoyed our stay from start to finish. The staff are very friendly. The location is very good, but you will need to drive to the shops. Can't recommend enough. Cloudcroft is a fine place to visit.

Great hotel. Comfortable, spacious rooms. Very accommodating. Carolyn is a very special employee. She went out of her way to accommodate a special request. Location was perfect for the NJCAA National Track &Field Championships at NMJC. Only wish their breakfast included more protein. Otherwise it was a great place to stay!!

I chose this property for the high ratings and the lower than chain hotels prices. It was a good choice! This place was clean with a 70s or 80s vibe. The staff was friendly and helpful. We'd stay here again and recommend it to others as well.

I was very happy with the cleanliness of the hotel and our room as well most hotels are dirty and ran down because of the oilfield, but surprisingly this place was excellent and will stay here again, I give this hotel a 100 star rating. Will be back for another stay.

Came through on an over night stay. Lynda at the front desk was GREAT! We had a little issue with our room. The room was in use or some thing. No big deal. We and the (front desk) had a good laugh. Room is not huge but clean very comfy bed and park right in front. Very nice.

We enjoyed our stay. The beds are comfortable and love the kitchenette. Staff was friendly and love that it is pet friendly.
