"Beautiful property, conveniently located close to downtown. Easily walkable to restaurants and bars. The unit itself was large with plenty of space for the 12 of us that stayed. Unfortunately the weather wasn’t the greatest so we didn’t use the rooftop patio very much. It was very nice though. Communication with the owners was great. Would highly recommend."

"This condo was in a quiet neighborhood and close to amenities for our family vacation. The house was lacking in seating with 5 adults and a teenager. Two of the dining chairs had cracks which made them unstable. The listed stated a grill, and I made an inquiry about the grill but never heard back from the property manager. Overall, the condo was clean, recently updated and very cozy."

"Loved the sunroom but the weather was to cold but would love to see it in the summertime. Loved the layout. I love old buildings and this one is really cool and it was fun to look around and discover things around the building."

"Thus place was phenomenal and large. Everything was perfect. Clean, new, and plenty of space for all of us. We had members of the Minot State wrestling team stay in this location and we will be back for our next trip."

"Everything about this rental was perfect. The patio was a very relaxing place to either start or end the day. We especially appreciated the supplies in the bathroom drawers in the case of forgetting a toiletry of some sort and saving a trip to the grocery store. Management was very accommodating with propane refills for the patio fire pit. The only suggestion we have comes from my in-laws who wished there was some sort of assist handle or bar in the shower/tub. Beautiful community, beautiful...
