The first night there were people staying in the larger house connected to my “suite.” You could hear them talking and laughing and walking up and down the stairs. However, the next three days house was empty. And the nights were totally silent, waking up only to the sound of birds in the morning. Super clean and comfortable, hot coffee on the porch in my pajamas, sweet."

There is no reading light in the sleeping loft, so once you are up there you are limited to watching TV or reading on your device.
