"The receptionist ladies are very, very nice, but I only gave 3 stars in the staff category because this hostel has the worst cleaning person I have ever met out of over 100 hostels I have stayed in. One time she yelled and screamed at me, I would not feel bad if she just peacefully talked to me. "We had a very small apartment. It could have been cleaner, the toilet was smelly and not clean, the shower was very hard to use and the bedding looked grubby. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. We were woken one night at 2pm by the sound of two men talking in the courtyard and the smell of their cigarettes filling our room."
