"Staff was pretty indifferent at check in and check out. Room was clean but janky with very cheap sheets, pillows and towels. Convenient to watch the NCAA tournament and to downtown bars and restaurants. Good bar at the hotel. I’d consider other options next time but would stay again in a pinch. "

"This is a basic hotel. It suited us for our purposes. The lobby smelled a little like second hand smoke, but it is a non-smoking facility; our room did not smell. The bathroom has no fan, so the room steamed up a bit. We did like that the AC/Heating unit had a fan mode, which helped provide some white noise. The beds were mediocre at best; it was like sleeping in a whole. We did enjoy being close to a variety of food options, as we did not know the area, and that made this hotel ideal for us....

"My double queen room was spacious and the beds and pillows are very comfortable. It's very quiet and very clean, spotless! I would highly recommend this hotel and would gladly return. They even have bathrobes in the room!!"

"Staff are helpful and the rooms are quiet. Very convenient to walk along the river, yet brunch onsite is fantastic with a beautiful patio. Dog park was a nice surprise and the pool looks like a lot of fun. We will be back when it is warmer! We have stayed there twice and already booked our next stay. It is well-situated, convenient, comfortable and accommodating. Solid choice!"
