"The property is ran by a very tentative GM whose leadership reflects in her staffs excellant customer service. The place was not only smelled clean, their wasn't a speck of dust or dirt to be found anywhere. Despite being near the airport it was very quiet. I regularly stay at Holiday Inns across North Americia and this one is number 1 on my list. Thank you Janice and staff for all you do for your clients."

"Our stay was great. The first female clerk we encountered at the front desk was abrupt with us. The young man we spoke with after was amazing and helpful."

"Hotel was clean and has comfortable beds. The things I did not like: Linen cart was outside my door all the time. The shampoo/conditioner in the shower did not work and the lotion container did not work. Maybe they are clogged. Fresh fruit did not look good. I would stay at this hotel again but I would bring my own toiletries."

"Checked in at 3pm room not ready says would call me , Sat in chairs by elevator, no place to wait and not have to pay for food or drink. 496pm went back to front desk ,line ifc8 people. Hot in line , 10 min get called over by a Brittany but as we walk up a man who was not in any line walks up to Brittany. She finds up helping him while we stand there"
