"Executive floor was much cleaner and brighter than the lower floors. Missed attention on things like only 3 towels (4 staying in the room), missing bath mat and robe when room was cleaned, burned out light bulb in the bathroom. The rest of the room was clean and in good condition but lower floor rooms were in a lesser quality state (dirty and mold around bathtub) I booked this room for the free continental breakfast but was told it was not available. After some back and forth they resolved it...

"Non smoking rooms still smelled of cigarettes & marijuana. Complained about noise next door and they refused to do anything."

"The hotel is in a great location. Day shift valet and front desk staff were great. Evening valet was non-existent l, and the front desk woman on the evening shift seemed overwhelmed. I ended up parking my own car down the block after waiting 2 hours for valet from another hotel to come help."

"Many things in disrepair at this hotel and parking lot is full of broken down cars"
