Exquisitely appointed two-bedroom home offering a king bed in each bedroom, a private fenced yard with a patio, outside shower, weber grill and fire pit.

You can't beat the location. Within a 3-minute walk you can reach Great Pond down a dirt path or the Cape Cod Rail Trail. Looking for the Bayside or Ocean? They are located less than 2 miles from the home.

You can enjoy so many attractions in town or in the area including restaurants (ride your bike to Arnolds), mini golf, Whale watching, Fishing, Movie theater and so much more.

High end recently renovated unit. New high-end king mattresses along with high end linens. Many restaurants nearby, but if cooking is your pleasure, you will enjoy the amenities of this kitchen offering high end pots and pans as well as Keurig/Drip/French Press Coffee maker

Start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
All dishes including the ones in the dishwasher shall be returned to cabinets
Add towels to washing machine with provided detergent and start the washing machine
Remove all trash to the container across from The shed
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
