  • Modern Rustic Cabin Family GetAway

    Our cabin is not a place to stay while you are on vacation... our cabin is the vacation. You can come and enjoy the surrounding areas if you want, but you can also just come and spend the entire time away from the outside world. It is a quiet, peaceful, relaxing place to just unwind.

    Are you looking for a cozy, and quiet get-away spot to rest and relax? SereniTree Cabin is the perfect spot! Located up on a bluff, between Prairie Du Chien, WI and Ferryville, WI, this A- frame cabin gets you within 5 minutes from the river but allows you to be tucked back in a quiet wooded area. (Please note that there is about a mile of gravel that is maintained in order to get to the cabin. The driveway is gravel and a bit steep. During the winter it would be best to have AWD or 4WD) Enjoy your morning coffee in the outdoor room while you watch the deer and birds and relax by the fire table at night. There is plenty of space at SereniTree for enjoying.a movie or family and friends game night! Cabin is best suited for 4 adults. The loft has a king sized bed, then there is also pull out sleeper sofas (Queen beds) in the upper and lower living room. The bedroom downstairs can be set up either with a king sized bed or two twin beds. It is always set up as a king unless the guest specifies they would prefer it as two twins.

Beautiful cabin in a beautiful area. It was very clean, well decorated and very serene and quiet. We felt like we were tucked away in our own little private forest. The hosts were very accommodating and easy to reach. Overall an excellent place to stay. We will for sure stay here again!

Cozy getaway

This little cabin is wonderfully located nestled in the woods. So quiet and peaceful. A lot of wildlife in the woods in the back of the house. The egg swing chairs were an added bonus for taking in the sunrise and bird watching. This was a much needed sisters weekend and this cabin was cozy, had all the amenities and such a relaxing place.

The cabin was so nice and cozy! We spent Thanksgiving with our little family (kids age 8 and 10). We enjoyed the Christmas decorations and relaxing, doing puzzles, playing games, watching the Macy’s Thanksgiving day parade, dog show and a movie (4 smart TVs) in a nice clean space with everything we needed to cook meals on the blackstone grill and soak in quality family time together. Even with all the leaves off the trees it was such a beautiful setting. We were surrounded by a rustic wooded area and spent time watching squirrels, birds (even a bald eagle) and some beautiful snow flurries. It felt a little bit magical! It was so nice to slow down from our normal quick daily pace and enjoy this quiet time with our kids as they’re growing way faster than we can keep up with. The kids especially liked their own space with a tv room, games and a fun “swim” in the whirlpool. We would recommend this place to any family looking to relax and reset!

Perfect getaway

A great cabin to escape to. We enjoyed every moment unwinding in the swing chairs, out on the deck, and curled up with a book in front of the large windows. We appreciated the well stocked kitchen and black stone to cook all our meals. The thought and care put into this cabin shows in every detail. A wonderful stay!
