"Very clean, a little run down"

"Pool hot tub broke. Said it was working when I called. My baby nephew was supposed to come to play in the pool. A/c unit outdated made SO much noise I was up all night. Housekeeping woke us up knocking on our door at 9 am. My fault I should’ve put the DND sign out. Bed was comfy. Paid a premium price for this mediocre room. "

"This hotel is very old and needs some serious renovations. It does look like the staff tried to do everything they could but there’s only so much clean you can apply when the surface is that old."

"Our only issue was the elevator straight across from our room maxe a very loud noise when being used. "
