"Love the wooded setting. If you open a window, the river can lull you to sleep. Hot tub was great- even hot when we arrived. Could use more hot pads & kitchen towels. The oven seems to take twice as long as a normal oven. The key to success with the fireplace is to build the fire against the back. Living room couches are fabulous. We had some great hikes- Ramona Falls & Mirror Lake. Lovely meal at Huckleberry Inn."

"The trails close by are perfct to go on with my kids. They can be kind of steep so be prepared to carry the little ones at times. The kitchen has all the utensils needed to cook. Its a small and cozy lodge with plenty of space for large groups. The Tavern has some really good dining options with friendly staff. "
