Beautiful home on the lake

We had a wonderful stay. My son loved the rope swing and the huge bean bag chair. The host is great and we are thankful they share their beautiful home on the lake. I loved relaxing on the swing with my coffee overlooking the lake

Excellent Place to Stay

From the quick communication with the owner before check in to the clean and beautiful house and lake side amenities , this place was amazing. The owner is very thoughtful in making his lake house inviting and comfortable. They went above and beyond in making our anniversary visit special. We plan to stay here again, and would recommend if you are looking for a super nice place with amazing comfort and beautiful views ,then book this place as soon as you can.

Amazing Getaway!

This home is beautiful, clean, and extremely relaxing. The property manager thought of everything: classical music playing in the background upon our arrival, chocolates, wine, coffee bar, and more! The view from the deck and dock were so peaceful. We will definitely return again soon!

Amazing Weekend Getaway

This property is amazing! This house is beautifully decorated, well-stocked and comfortable. We came for a lake weekend to celebrate our daughter’s sweet 16. The teenagers loved the karaoke, board games, kayaks, s’mores, swimming and fishing off the dock. Thanks for an amazing weekend!

Charming lakeside retreat!

This property was everything we hoped for. It looked just like the pictures, was right on the water, and had all the amenities for a perfect home away from home: kayaks, water toys, full service kitchen with dishwasher, fire pit, even a golf cart! It was right on the lake, so water access from the dock was excellent. Nice quiet area. We even saw fireflies at dusk! Definitely recommend this for anyone looking to get away from it all.

Great little lake house

We stayed here fr a long weekend. 7 of us total, 2 adults and 5 kids ages 4-13. The property was very clean and the hosts supplied everything we needed! Even snacks and some drinks in the fridge. The back porch and dock were great for everyone to enjoy. A perfect places to swim and fish but still close enough to go into town and explore the historic sites. Definitely the perfect family vacation house!

Short business/ family trip

We loved staying at this cute home. The beds were comfortable with soft sheets and towels. Chips and water were there when we arrived, which the kids promptly found and devoured. The home is easy to find and the host provides great recommendations for the area. The giant bean bag was a hit with the kids as well. Would love to come back when the weather is a little warmer. Enjoyed sitting in the swing out on the dock, listening to the fish jump.

Can't Wait to Go Back!!!

This place was PERFECT!!! The space was great - perfect for family. Just enough space to be together but private space too. The amenities were great - lots of time spent on the decks doing absolutely nothing. A little kayaking. The location was great - close enough to go into town or get whatever you need, but also off-the-grid. The owners thought of everything - games, food, wine, charging stations for devices, loads of comfy seating. We really can't wait to go back - just longer next time!!!!

Extremely well maintained property. Quiet waterfront location on a small cove. Nicely decorated & furnished. Kitchen has everything you need to prepare any meal you want. Plenty of flatware & tableware. Robert left a few items to get you started including water, chips, coffee & oatmeal. Every spice you need is also there. Simple & easy booking procedure. Thanks for a hassle free stay.

Fabulous place, amazing host.

This place is beautiful. It’s located on a lake, surrounded by trees and greenery. The house is very charming and cozy. Kitchen is fully stacked with spices, coffee pods, sweeteners, snacks and to my surprise eggs, butter and drinks in the refrigerator. The host also has toiletries in the bathroom in case you may have forgotten something. This host has thought of everything to make your trip unforgettable. I will definitely be back!

The house was equipped with everything, You really don’t need to bring any essentials. The chairs (wooden)at the dock are very old and not too sturdy. Lots of spider webs down at dock. Overall, we had a blast!!!

Very Nice

The house was accurately advertised. The owner has provided lots of nice touches such as snacks, tons of Keurig pods, aluminum foil, spices, body washes, etc. There was even bacon, eggs, butter, orange juice, and coke in the fridge when we arrived (not sure if that was from the owner or the previous renters, but was so nice!). Getting from the house down to the dock and back might be a challenge for small children or elderly folks, which may be something for some folks to consider. We enjoyed the weekend.

Over The Top!!

From the very beginning, Chris & Tia were very accessible & accommodating with any questions we had! As a family we have stayed at numerous B&Bs all over the country, but never experienced such a welcoming home with unique, special touches throughout house, as this B&B! There was classical music when you enter the home! The decor is very 2021! We enjoyed the coffee & breakfast amenities, refrigerated breakfast foods, playstation, and private deck with brightly colored pillows and swing! We enjoyed several days of fishing off the dock but the basket of smores supplies was an unexpected pleasure! We (all adults) thoroughly enjoyed making smores at the fire pit! This will certainly be an annual experience for us!

Lovely home!

We so enjoyed our 4th of July here. The kitchen is completely and beautifully updated and stocked with everything you need including spices. The fridge was stocked with everything for breakfast. We so appreciated the snacks, chocolates beer and wine. The manager was very accessible and access to property was a breeze. The deck was gorgeous with a view of the quite cove. We grilled and enjoyed the fireworks. If you are looking for a lake house to bring your boat or wave runner this is it! It is a steep walk down to the dock but they have a golf cart to go up and down from what I saw on one of the many You Tube options that you have when accessing info about the house and how to use all the equipment there. We did not use the cart. We had our wagon to transport down to dock. Thanks again Chris!
