This property had everything you need. It was smaller but had 3 nice bedrooms and a kitchen/kitchen table to play games or have a sit down meal. Mark was easy to work with. He was available for questions and made accommodations based on our needs.

We spent the thanksgiving weekend at the property with my handicapped step son. The house was very clean and well equipped. We had problems using the electronic entry but the owner responded and resolved the situation quickly. Highly recommended

Great communication before, during and after our stay. This is home was so cozy we all felt very comfortable. The location was perfect. Close to all the shopping want yet is a cute quiet neighorhood. I have absolutely nothing negative to say about this stay! Thank you very much Mark.

We enjoyed our stay. The place was clean and had all basics amenities for our stay. There was plenty of space indoors and outdoor for some yard games. Host was quick to respond before the stay and luckily they made house rules, door codes and expectations clear that we did not need to reach out during our stay, even though they offered if needed. Nice surprise was the availability of some small snacks and a coffee bar!

I brought two friends from Thunder Bay, Ontario and another from the Twin Cities to stay for a curling event at the Eau Claire Curling Club. The house was perfect proximity to the curling club for us. Everything was very clean, warm, and inviting in the house. It accommodated the four of us comfortably and provided all we needed for our stay. We had picked up pizzas and enjoyed hanging out at the house to get a break from the noise of the curling club. Mark was a great communicator and always responded promptly leaving no questions for our stay. Check-in was easy as was check-out. I would recommend Mark's place to anyone coming to Eau Claire especially for anyone coming to curl! Some great local establishments within close proximity, too!

My mom and sisters travel to Eau Claire every year for our annual “Christmas shopping trip”. Instead of staying at a hotel we decided to try something different. I would recommend this location to all, great location, the condo was spotless, beds were comfy and the owners were friendly and accommodating. Perfect weekend!!

This was a wonderful place to stay! We had great hosts with great communication! The house was very well kept & clean inside & outside. It was a nice location, being in a residential area, but close to shopping. We really appreciated all of the extras available, like salty & sweet snacks, coffee & bottles of water at check-in, and shampoo/conditioner/body wash etc... available and fully stocked. It was definitely 5 out of 5 stars for us! We would definitely stay again when in the area & we highly recommend it to others! Thank you for a wonderful VRBO experience!
