"Breakfast wasn't memorable but adequate. Disappointed in the food and prices at Blu. Never bothered to eat at the other one because Blu was so underwhelming. Location is nice, staff is great, property is well maintained. Sauna area is too small. Parking was very frustrating as there is very little by the door in the front lot and the only other options are further up and down steep grades"

"We chose the hotel for the reviews and the location near train station and cablecar stations. The junior suite was spacious, the balcony was small. There was construicton in front, but we still had a gorgeous view of the mountains. The hotel bar and the restaurant were excellent, as was the breakfast. Staff was great. The pools were nice -- for a swimmer like me a bit small. Sauna, seating terraces, all you expect. No complaints."

"Nice location. One common shower and two common toilets on our floor to share with at least 5 other rooms. No bathroom in rooms. Can be a pain if it gets busy or you have to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night."
