"The friendly and helpful staff added to the beautiful setting, quality onsen water, and amazing view."

"The room and the view, the food, the private onsen, the kindness of the staff, everything was a dream so much so that we had booked three nights (giving ourselves three days to roam around afterwards) but we stayed three more nights. Highly recommended-"

"Was ok. The staff could’ve been more friendly and helpful. The girl wouldn’t even help me to call a taxi. I had to go to the family mart and they helped call a taxi no problem."
