"The property is looking very tired. The room was clean, no frills. Bathroom clean but shower has no power and the shower head really is only suitable for washing hair. The 'continental breakfast ' is just cereal and toast. Tea or coffee. We didn't see a single member of staff for the duration of our stay. Self check in, self check out. Not even a staff member in the breakfast room at all"

"What a waste of money.We were very disappointed in the property. The kitchen cupboard under the sink was dirty and full of half used cans of fly spray and nearly empty hand soap bottles. The first plate I pulled out was dirty and chipped. The bathroom had a broken blind, wobbly toilet seat but worst of all there was water pulsing out of the bottom of the bath panel when you had a shower which explained the mould/ damp areas on the bath panelling. The bedroom carpets were threadbare, the beds uncomfortable with badly fitting linens and when you rolled over in the bed it sounded as if they were about to fall apart. So upset that we left a day early to check into a hotel to finish our time away on a happier note. "
