"No air conditioning as they promised. No hot water kettle in the rooms to make coffee or tea. No napkins. For hair wash body wash and hand wash just one thing. Staff was so unhappy to help. Very basic rooms for a 3 star. It should be 1 star or less."

"Great location for day tripping. Our room was very large with a big patio overlooking lake Geneva. Convenient having an onsite restaurant. Based on our experience I would recommend it to others."

"This hotel is super close to the metro and easy to get to. It had a great breakfast with lots of options. It had a very spacious and open room with great views."

"Directly hotel access parking garage was available with fee. Hotel offered free Lausanne public transportation card so that we could use a metro and bus to the city center. Hotel staff were very nice and friendly. Every worker smiles and greets us. The room was sparkling clean, beautiful decorations. Bedding was super comfy with fresh sheets. "Perfect everything"

"I will start with our check in which we arrogantly about 2 hours and Denis very cordial and pleasant checked us in and guided us to our room. The room didn’t have any view however it was very clean quiet and complete with all the amenities including much needed air conditioner. Later in the evening I raised a concern that we had an issue with bathroom and also reminded the staff via messaging of no view.
