It was great to have kitchen and laundry during my stay. AC worked but I usually left the windows open for the lovely ventilation and city sounds. I highly recommend staying here. Also a number 2 near the door would be a big help.Instead of reminding guests to keep noise down, instructions on appliances posted in apartment would be helpful.
