Very convenient having the Rewe, Lidl and DM in the level below the hotel. Well maintained, excellent air conditioning (was there during a heat wave), clean, friendly and accomodating staff, great complementary breakfast, tea/water/coffee available 24/7 in the lobby. "The property is overpriced and description is inaccurate. The one bedroom studio is basically a hotel room. The kitchen is so small that you can’t cook. Just good for coffee. The sofa bed was trrrible. The king size mattress is lumpy and hard. The communication with staff is terrible. No one picks up the phone and responds to messages. When you do go to reception to discuss they are condescending and dismissive. They give you the extra coffee pods but make a big song and dance about giving it...
