"My stay was severely impacted by persistent plumbing problems. Initially assigned to a room with a toilet that wouldn't flush, I was moved to a second room. However, this room had a running toilet that cycled loudly every five minutes throughout the entire night, making sleep nearly impossible and creating a very stressful experience. The only positive aspect of the stay was the spacious and convenient parking."

"How can I start. This was a terrible mountain motel. The room was paid for in advance. When we arrived the property looked nothing like the picture at all. There was no staff to help with anything. When we got back to the motel after our event and tried to turn on the tv it would not come on. There is no five number to call but the reservation number gave me a number so I called it and they said there was no one there to help us and nothing he could do. They had a unit in the room for air and he said touch that because it wasn’t safe. Everything in the room was super old and not like the pictures. My husband and I didn’t sleep at all because the bed was so uncomfortable. The next morning there ad said we would receive a complimentary breakfast basket so when we went to the office again no one was there. The room was so old there was damage from termites. The bushes in front of the rooms is so over ground it is dangerous to get to your room. The photo showed very friendly for a disabled person and that was another lie. They should refund peoples money for all the false information on the website. Terrible terrible it should be report to the County health inspector. Go by and check out what you are falsely representing as a comfortable motel. I have the photo on my phone but I can send it if you tell me how."

"They had me at dogs stay free. The previous ratings don't lie. I picked the highest rated room available. Great decision. The room was unique. The aesthetic was lovely. I appreciated the books, antique laps, and fireplace. The TVs were large and offered multiple viewing options. The room was clean. There was a small fridge, microwave, snd coffee maker. Although it's located next time highway, the area was quiet and cozy. The Strawberry Creek Inn is so distinct and quaint. We were able to walk the Strawberry Creek trail into downtown. Easy access to food and entertainment. I highly recommend The Strawberry Creek Inn."
