"The room we got was stunning and everything was incredibly clean and well maintained.
The only comment I have is that it is not easy to contact the staff. The Spa was closed (at least we weren't able to open it). I tried calling the number provided several times to ask about it, but I never got a response.
Finally, the AC unit in our room was turned on and there were no instructions on how to turn it off or anything. I tried calling to ask, but again no answer. We had to turn on the heating...

"We stayed in the beautiful Swiss Chalet. It was spacious. The view of the mountains in the front and the river at the back were calming and relaxing. The rooms were very clean, the beds were good. The boys love the rainfall showers and the Japanese toilet😁
The staff were very friendly. We’ll definitely come back."
