"We stayed here for two nights. At first arrival, the staff weren’t very pleasant. I’ve travelled to many hotels before and the staff are always greeting you happily but I didn’t receive that treatment here. Also we were charged a ‘tourist tax’ that weren’t expecting. The hotel room was quite small. Additionally, the floor to our shower tray was cracked and the doors wouldn’t close so there was water all over the floor. The breakfast options were decent but there was a lack of vegetarian options. "

"Room was comfortable for two and well maintained. The staff was helpful, though I thought they could be a bit more attentive as we’ve had to ask for the same thing twice. Area is nice and it’s easy to get to central Paris. "

"Great family friendly (safe) location. Clean and spacious room for Paris standards. Main bed had a very firm mattress but the bed was a good size. Pullout couch bed was comfy. Room had a fridge, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, dishes and cutlery, etc. and the coffee machine in the lobby was a nice touch. Perfect choice for a week in Paris with the family! "
