"We had a good stay overall and found this hotel to be a great base for exploring Paris. The location was excellent—within easy walking distance to transit, plenty of restaurants, shops, and even some nice parks. It made getting around the city and finding places to eat or relax incredibly convenient. The room itself was just the right size for our family of three for a couple of nights. It wasn’t overly large, but it felt efficient and comfortable for a short stay while we were mostly out sightseeing. There were a couple of downsides worth mentioning. We did notice a small amount of black mold in the shower area, which could use attention. Also, there was a motion sensor light outside the window that turned on and off throughout the night, which was a bit disruptive when trying to sleep. That said, the location and overall functionality of the space made this a good choice for a short visit to Paris."

"The hotel has potential but is not currently operating at it's full potential. The main attraction for this hotel is the rooms with the view of the Eiffel tower and other city sites. If you don't pay for one of those rooms, the hotel is not worth it. We stayed from Sunday to Wednesday, the roof top bar was closed from Sunday to Tuesday. When we tried to go up on Tuesday night we were told it was for private tables only/private event. So we didn't see it at all. If we wanted the view of the city, we'd have to go to the gym. The line at the Pleyel Restaurant in the main lobby was very long the night we wanted to eat there so we ate at one of the nearby restaurants. The Odiwara Asian fusion place around the corner was very good. the restaurant to the right of the hotel is just ok. There are lots of other food options and a small supermarket all within walking distance. The metro is very close and it takes about 35 mins to get to the Champs Elysee. It's on the direct metro line. to the Eiffel tower you can also go direct to les Invalides station and then walk or transfer trains. Also about 35 mins. We upgraded to the city view room and it made the stay worthwhile. I also noticed that the walls in the toilets could use a clean. We stayed in two different rooms and both had cleanliness issues with the walls. The staff at the front desk not great. When we moved rooms my husband forgot his pajama pants in the other room and when asked about it, they didn't find it."
