"I did not like the area. I did not like that the doors were always closed, that there was a slight gap in the blinds so people could look into my room. It took the lady an hour to find my reservation. There was always loud music playing late at night and sometimes the owner’s kid would cry a lot."

"There are not enough stars to properly rate Casa Playa Mann! The location is great, the grounds are wonderful, we loved the breakfasts, but the standouts are truly the staff. "Our family of five stayed in two rooms. Marco and Andres made us feel comfortable and at home. They were extremely accommodating and helped us with all our needs! Breakfast is included as well which included fresh bread, eggs made to order and fruit. The property was beautiful and there were some alpacas on site. This stay was perfect and we couldn’t have asked for anything more. 10/10 would recommend and if I come back we would definitely stay here!!"

"I am a middle aged woman travelling solo. The room was perfect and secure. The pool is not designed for lounging in the sun, but great for a dip. Tortuga Bay is about a 45 minute walk on a well maintained path. When you get to the beach, go to he right and walk to the end where you’ll find a path through the mangrove and opens up to a calm pool like swimming area with shade trees and great snorkelling. Very safe to venture out anytime to explore the town, enjoy some wine and walk home. "
