"There was a huge breakdown in communication. There is only one way to get to this resort and that is over the beach at low tide. Whilst they provided me with low tide information, they didn't tell me it was the only way to get to the hotel. Had I known this in advance (while booking!), I would not have chosen this hotel. There is no way I would drive over the beach with a rental small car that is not a 4-wheel drive SUV."

"We booked this hotel under the pretense that the resturant was open for business and the taxi price rate was similar to the rest of Ecuador or the reviews in our travel book. Hotel served a nice breakfast BUT no other food is available so one must go into Puerto Ayora for lunch and dinner. The taxi rate to and from hotel into town can be anywhere from $10-$15 each way..... if u want to freshen up after a long tour that will be 4 taxi rides......$40-$60 per day. Lawrence offered us a ride...

"Simplemente por problemas en la aplicación no había nuestra reservación. Nos recibieron con un tonito complaciente, sin ofrecer soluciones y con una simple disculpa sin fondo. En la otra mesa estaba otra pareja en el mismo estado, algo más desesperada. Me llegó la devolución, quizá se haga efectiva en la tarjeta, haré el seguimiento. "
