Vous trouverez un centre commercial à 300 mètres de votre logement.

Ce studio est situé dans un espace de verdure et a quelques minutes du centre ville.
Un arrêt de bus se trouve a 100 mètres et le métro a 500 mètres, lequel vous déposera en 3 minutes a Lepfl a L’unil ou au centre ville en 7 minutes..

Le Studio est entièrement dédié aux voyageurs, une place de parc extérieur est a disposition.
Un jardin d’enfants est disponible a l’intérieur de la residence.

Au vu de mes nombreux voyages a l’étranger je préfère communiquer par message.

Du fait de la proximité du centre ville de Lausanne, nous avons le calme et la tranquillité sans les désavantages d’un centre ville bruyant.
Le centre commercial, le bus et le métro à proximité fait que l’on peut se passer de véhicule privé.
