"Very disappointed in the check-in process. I am handicapped and can not do stairs. As I arrived I was handed my key card and told to go up this long winding staircase to th second floor. I promptly said I can not do stairs and she informed me they are not that bad. I asked about an elevator and was promptly told the only elevator on property serviced the Residence. I asked about a ground floor room and was told they were all sold out. Later, I find out both statements were not accurate. I...

"This hotel overbooked my room. I had to stay three nights on a horrible king size bed with my family of five. Once they were finally able to move me into what I originally booked I had to go through all the trouble to pack my luggage of five and transferred into the new room. They did not comp me or give me anything for my troubles. Horrible."

"Attended during concert while location to stadium was convenient, we couldn’t access parking due to blocked streets to hotel. Had to use nearby garage and overpay for parking n walk to hotel. Overall great stay & great time."

"My suite was delayed by 1.5 hours and not ready. Property emailed me prior to ask if I needed anything. I asked for a comforter... didn't get, and took 3 calls TO GET one 2 hours later. Room furnishing were bland, sparse, dated, and the worst was, the AC did not work in the suite, and we BOUGHT A FAN FROM DOOR DASH so we could sleep. And this is a Suite at The Ritz Carlton???? Awful."

"Clean, old hotel in the heart of “uptown” Charlotte. Friendly staff, but we never had to ask them for anything other than a cup of ice from the bar- because there is no ice maker or ice buckets in the hotel. Bathroom sink had significant cracks in the bowl and small maintenance items were left unfixed. The hotel itself was quiet. Never heard other guests. But the location is terrible. Several bars are nearby and the noise from music, people, and revving motorcycles and loud cars did not...

"I couldn’t have asked for a better stay! My daughter and friend went to a concert next door at the Spectrum center so my husband and I had a lot of time at the hotel. The staff was 💯 fantastic!"
