"The place was far from luxury as stated in the listing. On arrival the place was dusty and had smelt. The fridge had a rotten fish smell coming from it. It really stank. I requested the host to clean it but said I was the first person to state this and did nothing about itThe AC in the main bedroom is broken and had no remote control. "Beautiful one bedroom. It was very comfortable. Mina was very responsive and helpful. Its pretty far from the beach. A 10 minute taxi or a 45 minute walk to the beach. A lot of restaurants close by and easy to deliver to. If youre a light sleeper, youre not going to enjoy the rooster somewhere in the distance at 530 and 930 every morning. There are no extra linens. And she only supplies one roll of toilet paper. Overall really good stay. I would stay here again."

"We had a great week long stay at Phillips villa and we were very well looked after by Keltum throughout our stay. There were eight of us in total, two families with teenage kids. The kids thoroughly enjoyed the pool and all the space that came with the villa. Bedrooms were all very comfortable. It was easy to find activities for each day or our stay - surfing, golfing, Paradise Valley (x2), sand surfing, beach days, marina etc... lots of choice of places to eat out too.We all had a great time and Keltum was fantastic."

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and welcoming, but what truly made our stay special was the wonderful lady who looked after everything. She was incredibly kind, helpful, and hardworking, and always went out of her way to ensure we had everything we needed. Nothing was ever too much trouble for her. Her outstanding hospitality made us feel completely at home. She is a real credit to the hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!"
