"We arrived late and everything was in order. The barman, who isn't an employee, was so helpful and kind to us. I paid in the morning after check out. if we had stayed longer it would have been more cost effective as there is a 50 Euro service charge on top of the bill. This was not clearly shown when I booked."

"A nice comfortable hotel located right on the edge of a nature reserve. Really quiet location. Great breakfast and comfortable bed. Staff welcoming and friendly. Had dinner at hotel which was also good and reasonably priced. "

"DoubleTree by Hilton Royal Parc Soestduinen is a serene getaway surrounded by forest and nature, perfect for a relaxing stay or a productive business retreat. The rooms are spacious, clean, and equipped with balconies overlooking the golf course or wooded landscape — a rare luxury so close to Utrecht and Amersfoort. The wellness area, with its pool and sauna, adds a real sense of calm, while the on-site restaurant offers quality dishes with professional service, though prices are on the higher side. Staff are friendly and attentive, maintaining the Hilton standard of hospitality. The hotel could benefit from a few modern updates in décor and air conditioning systems, but overall, it delivers a peaceful, upscale experience with great comfort and atmosphere."
