"Staff were so friendly, from the Sri Lankan girl at check in who recommended places I might like, to the lovely housekeeping staff. Nothing was too much trouble. The room was clean, very comfortable and had a decent sized bathroom, while the hotel was in very central location. Quiet, but only a five minute walk from the Haupbahnof. I only had breakfast one day, and the range was small in keeping with the hotel, but the quality was great and it was delicious. "

"Reception staff were very helpful and friendly. Asked for an assessable room as I use a mobility scooter. The room was ideal but we didn’t have a balcony or patio which we had booked which was disappointing. Used the pool which was quite cold and was very deep, no shallow end. We had breakfast included in our package which was continental and not to my liking but that is a personal opinion. We had 2 snack meals in the garden which were ok. The restaurant was quite expensive and the choice was limited. Overall we enjoyed our stay."
