"This is a tired property, there was a hole in the floor covered by lino. Things broken and cracked. Yes, perfect location for ammeneties etc. But in room 1, do not stay. Things are rusty, shelves missing. Bed you can feel springs. "

"Communication with the team was excellent from booking to post departure - property was exactly what we needed, 2 adults and 2 young children (7&4) - property is a very short walk from Vauxhall over & underground from which the city is easily accessible. Tesco express closeby too for a wee coffee fix early doors too and any other goods you may need - in summary - would I book again? Yes, without doubt!"

Great wrap around views for balcony, furnished to high standard, excellent amenities and everything you needed for a short stay However internet did not work, no airconditioning or access to open windows making the night very uncomfortably hot. You can tell it’s recently built as there’s lots of snags ie patio doors, lift not working, loose patio tiles. "

"My family stayed in Matthew's flat for a week while we were in London, and it was a great place to stay. The flat was clean and comfortable. The bedrooms were extremely quiet, despite the apartment being next door to a jazz club. The location worked well for us as a home base from which we either walked or took public transit all over the city. Several small grocery stores were within a couple of blocks. Matthew was very responsive in his communication."

"We booked this house for proximity to Chelsea Flower Show, we could walk there. It is a wonderful house, fully stocked, clean, bright and very comfortable. Highly recommend. Communication with owner was outstanding, responses were quick and informative."
