"Nice quiet place to stay while visiting the scenic town of Edenton!"

"The Bungalow is well laid out, spacious, well furnished and in a fantastic location for exploring Edenton. The furniture is comfortable and the kitchen has everything we needed to be able to eat some of our meals at home. We enjoyed the little screened in porch, too. It is definitely a well designed living space and we hope to be able to come back for a longer visit sometime soon."

"The Carriage House is in a wonderful location; quiet, beautiful and easy walking distance to Broad Street. The rooms were lovely! Every amenity was available, plus the ambience was very comfortable, with a touch of luxury. The property manager and staff were readily accessible, but allowed my daughter and me to enjoy the garden area as if it were our own. I'd readily return for another stay."

"What a fantastic stay in a lovely home. Our family came to Edenton after my graduation and we had such a lovely time. The historical home, well restored, and the games. I stayed in the cottage while everyone stayed in the main house. We appreciated your flexibility in letting us stay for a couple more hours, which allowed my family who needed to finish work to do so. And the quick responses to questions was fantastic. Thank you for sharing your lively home."

"You can't beat the view of the Albemarle sound from the living room and brand new dock below. Watched eagles catch their dinner right off the dock and my husband caught quite a few catfish himself. Bed and couch were comfortable. Got lucky with sunset one evening and words cannot describe the beauty. Edenton is quite charming. Downtown Roots made a mean Cuban sandwich and 309 Bistro & Spirits was wonderful! We day tripped to Elizabeth City (Museum of the Albemarle) and Fort Raleigh and Manteo (Alligator River National Wildlife Refuge). Hope to finish the history article Eric wrote about Cape Colony and Edenton on our next visit. Don't hesitate to book if you enjoy long walks in a quiet neighborhood and relaxing with a view. "Great historic property near downtown Edenton. Greeted by inn keeper and shown to our nicely appointed second floor room.Walked to our supper a couple blocks away close to the riverfront. Recommend for couples or single travelers. Excellent breakfast included."
