"Transfer / pickup are excellent My room was massive and unnecessarily large for a single traveller over night, unfortunately I paid a higher premium for this, Check refund policy and cancellation fee ! Breakfast was good, plenty of choice Rooms are pretty old and need refurbishment My shower tap wasn't working correctly and was broken It's close enough to the airport, but expensive"

"We had a great stay here. The hotel was comfortable, modern and in a really good area. The staff were fantastic and we found everything clean and well looked after. The only small thing for us was that we didn’t realise beforehand that the hotel is halal, so there was no alcohol available and no bacon at breakfast. Not a major issue at all, but it would have been helpful if this was made a little clearer when booking. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend it. Comfortable rooms, great staff and a good location."

"It is very convenient location if you have early flight or want to stay close to the airport. The free shuttle is easy to locate, just a short walk from the arrival hall. The breakfast is great with many choices. I stayed there 2 times during my 2 month trip in Africa and definitely I will stay there again."

"There is a lot to like about this hotel. It is right there on the convention centre. It is a very fancy hotel, very grand. There are lots of super helpful staff to welcome you and look after you. I found my room to be spacious and very quiet. The bed was comfortable, it was nice to have a real full size bath in the bath room. I used the in room dining which came when it was supposed to and the food was great and the service friendly. There is only one thing I do not like about this hotel and that is the glass lifts which run up the open atrium. I have vertigo. I had to use the goods lift which is not so convenient! If you have no problem with panoramic elevators and the like then you will love this hotel."
