"We booked very last minute and Karen couldn’t have been more helpful! We needed a base near Snowdon and this is a 15 minute drive away. The site itself is just what you’d hope : a bar ( Friday night was bingo!), a lovely river, the grounds beautifully kept and a well stocked shop with all sorts from loo roll to jewellery! "Absolutely fantastic pretty, well-equipped chalet and super smart outdoor furniture on great patio right on the beach in a perfect location. It could not be improved on in any way (and that is from someone who has been going to the Warren all her life!). The host was easy to get hold of on a couple of points and especially when we wanted to stay an extra 2 days as we were having such a great time. "We had a wonderful stay here and will definitely be returning. Pam was a lovely helpful host, and the caravan was clean, comfortable and in the most beautiful position. We were fortunate with the weather and so enjoyed many meals on the lovely veranda with views of the sea. Such a blissful feeling of tranquility the moment you drive into the site. "Absolutely beautiful. I have never stayed in a static caravan before but this was the best experience for a first timer. The facilities were spot on and the hot tub was an added bonus and throughly enjoyed by the children. The only downside was that the toilet seat was very loose and shifted when sitting on it. It was a minor problem and didn’t really affect our stay. "

"We had a perfect weekend in this gorgeous cottage. Sam had the hot tub ready for when we arrived and a selection of goodies! The cottage was spotless and we loved the decor. The outdoor area had comfortable furniture, lovely plants and was not overlooked making it a great place to lounge after using the hot tub. Sam has obviously gone to great lengths to ensure that her visitors feel at home and have everything they need for a relaxing break. We will definitely return!"
