"The spliced in DIY electrical in the bathroom and above the entry door was plain dangerous.The pictures in the ad are no longer accurate as there has been additional "decorating" with creative paint techniques since those were taken. The bathroom door jamb was pulled apart and moldy and I was not comfortable taking a shower as it had mold in the caulking with peeling paint.
