"The hotel was comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms clean, but the decor was a little bit dated. Looks like it was renovated about 25 years ago. Overall it was a nice place to stay."

"Very nice decor and beautiful views! A nice cozy stop for our family touring the Irish Loop. Not related to our accommodations- Suggestion: buy groceries at a bigger centre prior to arriving at Portugal Cove South and use bug spray, those little black flies are more than just annoying."

"A charming, character-filled old house located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, right by the water. The house is simple yet practically furnished and fully equipped with everything you need. The location is absolutely gorgeous and very easy to find thanks to Heather’s directions (make sure to ignore the VRBO location pin and Google Maps directions!). It is within walking distance of the beach and serves as a perfect base for exploring the area, including the historic fishing village of St. Shott’s."
