"The concierge was amazing and friendly. They told us about some Rochester history and places to visit while we were in town. The also told us all about "Garbage Plates". NOTE: If you go to a restaurant they will be labelled as "plates". They are basically deconstructed hamburgers or hotdogs (or a combo) without a bun. I loved how clean this hotel was and how easy it was to go to places. It's a pretty artsy little city with amazing restaurants nearby. The pool and gym were also great. Who knew Rochester was so cool? "

"My two-night stay was excellent. I appreciated the text message check in from the front desk asking how my stay has been and if I needed anything to make my stay better. My room was clean, the only thing that was a little inconvenient was the fact that my microwave was unplugged and I had to uncomfortably reach over and behind the writing desk and tv dresser stand to reach the power cord to plug it back in."

"We had 8 family members coming to Rochester to see another family member in a play at Geva Theater. The house was perfect for a large group. Clean and comfortable. Clean kitchen, fully equipped. Close to downtown.We enjoyed our stay! Thank you so much!"

"Not a safe neighborhood, building did not feel secure. The front door did not feel secure and opened directly into the bedroom. The place is the definition of lipstick on a pig."
