"Rooms were spacious and had a proper air conditioner only a few blocks from city. It appears some rooms are rented out long term which have attracted noisy renters, I stayed 2 nights and the last residents were noisy till early morning, so my other booking in a week later was cancelled by me."

The room was huge with a kitchen, dining table, enormous tv with netflix and disney and a jacussi bath. We were welcomed with a box of chocolates by a very nice young lady. We stayed over Christmas and the motel was about a 20 mins walk from the centre of Christchurch"

"The place was fine. Price was good, esp as I booked only the day before, room was basic but clean, tidy and in good condition, etc. Place was on a main road but was quiet. Overall no issues. If I had any complaint - TV channels weren't very good"
