"Our hotel stay at the Holiday Inn was excellent! The rooms were spacious and clean. We had a oceanfront room which was breathtaking. The breakfast was delicious and all the food was fresh. We will be going back there for another stay next month."

"The beds and pillows were uncomfortable. The property seemed understaffed. No one at the front desk when we arrived to check in. No one at the hostess station for our dinner reservation. Self-parking was across the street and did not work — had to return three times before I could park. View was nice. Food was good."

"Elevators took WAY too long. Shouldn’t have to wait 20+ minutes. TVs are not updated at all. Beds uncomfortable. Loud AC units. Thin walls. Honestly wasn’t even worth staying AT ALL. Only decent thing was being able to walk straight to the beach. So honestly beach was worth it, but the hotel was just terrible. Staff wasn’t too kind either. Stay somewhere else. Spent $430 for ONE night… not worth it."

"The place was clean and the staff was very friendly. The staff were from the area. ( If you know, you know) Great location with 2 pools and on the beach. Not walking distance to restuarants, 2-3 minutes down the road by car. Would stay here again."

"I booked 2 rooms. One for my wife and I, and another for our adult daughter who was traveling with us. We had a late check-in after attending an outdoor music festival. We couldn’t wait to get checked in and shower. When we arrived at our room, a shower wasn’t possible because there was no shower curtain on the rod. We called the front desk and were relocated to a new room at the other end of the hotel. How does a well managed hotel overlook something as basic as a missing shower curtain? Also, the in-room coffee maker in our new room did not work. Our daughter’s room was even worse. She had no hot water in the shower. They had no rooms left to move her to, so she had to take a cold shower. Then, she discovered the hairdryer didn’t work, so she had to go to bed with wet hair. Also, several lights in her room did not work. While it wasn’t the desk clerk’s fault, she still could’ve been more helpful. She offered a less than full throated apology and had no solution for any of the problems we encountered. The property manager was not on duty when we checked out this morning when I asked to speak with them, and I had to pry the contact information from her so I could call to discuss our situation on Monday. This hotel appears relatively clean, but it is very poorly maintained and the staff seems to have very little supervision. We paid a LOT of money for these rooms due to the high demand during a peak time. Given the serious deficiencies, we should be refunded our money."
