"I was pleased that I was able to reserve a room on short notice, that was also affordable during peak travel for a holiday weekend. The location in proximity to the Shenandoah National Park was a key factor in my decision to stay in this hotel. I was pleased that there were places to eat, grab snacks and get gas all within a very close distance to the hotel. The clerk at the front desk was knowledgeable, was friendly and efficient with the check in process. The room was overall clean and well maintained. There was ample parking and I was able to park right in front of my room since it was on the ground level. The amenities were good, although my stay was brief, so I did not get to use all of them. I did find a dead moth and minimal dust in the back corner under the bathroom counter, not an issue for me. The bathroom was clean and well stocked with all the necessities for my overnight stay. The maintenance appeared to be managed well, I did notice some minor wear and tear that comes from frequent usage, it was so minor it had no impact on my room or my stay. I intend to stay here again for future trips to the Shenandoah National Park."

"We stayed one night while on a long road trip. At the end of a 10-hour drive from Maine, all we wanted was a hot shower and comfortable bed. We also were traveling with our pet which made this place a good choice. I checked in online before arriving and all we had to do was pick up the key in the lobby which worked great. Breakfast the next morning was sufficient. The downside to this motel: the room was not very clean except for the beds (decent sheets), the walls and baseboards were terrible and needed painting (very worn and stained), and the couple in the room next to us were having a problem. In that regard, it felt unsafe and uncomfortable, and I was happy to depart. Stay here if you're traveling with a pet and need a quick stop to sleep."

"Restaurant was closed on Sunday night our only night we stayed. The Speakeasy bar downstairs takes on the restaurant dining when restaurant is closed. Speakeasy was nice but not what one would expect because it was not secluded and secretly as they should be. But all that being said it’s a beautiful property and very welcoming"

"We enjoyed our stay! The unit was spacious and had what we needed (though a few more blankets/comforters would have been helpful). The unit is a bit dated but it was clean and a great deal for a 3-bedroom unit! Would stay again."
