Positives- good price, staff, location. Negatives- continually having to get room cardkey reset, air conditioning worked, but didn’t cool enough… the deal breaker for us returning to this hotel is that there were “ROACHES” in the room!

Area was safe, Breakfast was good, the only issue I had was that they took almost 2 months to give me back my deposit & the only reason I got it back was because I kept calling them asking why I hadn’t received it yet & finally someone at the front register gave me the email for the manager to get it settled & I received it 2 days later. Other than that everything was good oh and the pool had bbq pits so we got to bbq so that was great

Our stay was excellent. The only issue we had was when we got to our room it smelled musty. Don’t know why but we had some air freshener and it took care of the smell.

We stayed at Mainstay and noticed that Comfort Suites was next to it, as soon as they told us to go passed a door, you can notice the big stench in the hallway. It smelled a lot like dog, urine and the stench was just bad. The rooms were muggy and even though spacious just felt dirty in there. I was very disappointed because I could not cancel my stay because I was still going to be charged.
