Mi Casita Azul is a 2 bedroom/ 2 bath charming and cozy newly remodeled casita/cottage that is centrally located, right off the expressway, and close to everything! UTRGV 1.5 miles/5 min; Edinburg Scenic Wetlands & World Birding Center 1.6 miles/5 min; H‑E‑B Park 2.2 miles/6 min ; Bert Ogden Arena 5.4 miles/8 min; South Texas Health System 4.5 miles/9 min. Want a good walk or run Fountain Park 1 block away!

Things to know:
There is a step down from kitchen/dining area to living room, with centered hand rail to alert and assist.

Less than 1/2 step/slope when entering and exiting master bedroom.

Mi Casita Azul is 748 total sq ft. A small yet cozy casita/home with a beautiful backyard equipped with pergola area as well as a fire pit area surrounded by beautiful flagstone and seating; property is fenced all around to give you that extra security. In addition you will find a carport and comfy seating all around the home so you can enjoy both inside and the outside equally. Longer stays welcome and preferred!

Bedrooms consist of Queen bed in Master bedroom which has its own bathroom including shower, sink, toilet….2nd Bedroom is equipped with twin size daybed and trundle has work station and nice size closets. Second bathroom with shower, sink, toilet….

Please note there are two security cameras on the outside premises one in the front porch area and the second under the pergola area in the backyard. Placed for both your security and ours.
