Clean room and bathroom well equiped. There were only two of us in the room. I think three would have been too tight. The room had a single and double bed. Very quiet at night, close to lots of restaurants and the tram was only a minute or two away to get into the centre. A good place to stay for a short visit and reasonably priced.

The self check-in was really easy. However, I did not see any employee dying my stay. For the cleanliness of the room, the floor was kind of dirty. I could see crumbs that weren’t mine, which is pretty disgusting. Plus, my bed was not made well at all, it looks like it was done in a hurry. On the positive side, it was very calm and I slept well.

The room was great for our family of 5. The room was nice and warm for our arrival and was in a fantastic location for getting the tram/buses. Plenty of eating places nearby. Would highly recommend to any families wanting to stay somewhere central.

Easy to find.Good area.We parked at omni Q car park which was easy enough to get too.Then we got tram to take us to a stop near B&B.5 minute walk from Tram.Tram took us to Princess street to Christmas market.The B&B was clean.beds where very comfortable.Had a great night sleep.thank you.

Nice place and budget friendly!

We had a great stay, reception staff was very attentive to our needs. Place was clean, and we had quiet nights. Would stay there again. Breakfast was offered but we didn’t expect it to be. Price was right for our budget and that’s what was important to us.
