The Space:
Our stunning 3-bedroom home provides an excellent base for a memorable stay in Edinburgh.
Recently refurbished to a very high specification with beautiful new Spa bathroom and stunning Cupola creating lots of natural light throughout the home to highlight the gorgeous period features.
In the large, well-lit lounge area you will find two large new comfortable sofas and a 64’’ Smart TV with Sports, Neflix & Prime to provide comfort and entertainment for your times indoors.
The kitchen is fully-equipped with all modern conveniences including Wine Fridge, Nespresso Machine, Microwave, Dishwasher & Large American Fridge/Freezer and other appliances.
There is a further living area adjoining the kitchen with sofa and wall mounted TV.
The top floor allows spectacular views across Edinburgh toward the Castle, Firth of Forth and the Pentland Hills.
Situated in a beautiful and highly sought after quiet leafy residential street in the Murrayfield area with free on street parking for multiple cars.
The property benefits from excellent transport links to the city centre with bus and tram stops very close by, or you can enjoy the walk in a short and scenic 20 minutes.
The Dean Village, Gallery of Modern Art, Water of Leith footpath and Murrayfield Stadium are all within close reach.
Murrayfield itself is well served with shops, coffee shops, excellent local bars and a very good neighbourhood restaurant.

The Neighborhood:
Heading west from the city centre and Haymarket, you'll enter the picturesque Coates and Murrayfield area. The district is characterised by stately Jacobean style villas, sweet, traditional bed and breakfasts, and a number of fine bars and eateries. The area is also home to the gorgeous Donaldson's School for the Blind- recently refurbished into flats and an icon of Edinburgh's western skyline. The district is also home to Murrayfield stadium, the home of Scottish rugby. Keep heading west and you'll come to the town of Corstorphine- which has found itself subsumed into Edinburgh, and now is home to the world-class Edinburgh zoo.
Getting Around:
There is free on street parking.
Edinburgh Airport: From the airport take the Airlink bus to Murrayfield Parish Church. From here the apartment is a quick taxi ride or 10 minute walk.
Train: The nearest railway station is Haymarket. From the station take Lothian Bus number Airlink 100, 12, 26 or 31. Alternatively the apartment is a quick taxi ride away.
Buses: Lothian Buses are the main bus operator in Edinburgh. They offer a great free app that provides route maps, fare information and live bus times. It's a great tool for getting around the city.
