This delightful modernised apartment is just off George Square, so is ideal for anyone wanting to be close to Edinburgh University. It is within easy walking distance of Royal Mile and Edinburgh Castle and the city centre in general. The Meadows is 2 minutes walk away and Arthurs Seat/Queens Park is only a 5 minute walk away.
This lovely light and bright first floor apartment is recently re-decorated to a high standard and is fully furnished with everything guests would need for a comfortable and relaxed stay in Scotlands capital city
The spacious lounge has a modern sofa, a dining area, an open plan modern kitchen with all you will need to prepare a meal if eating in, a lovely large double bedroom with ornate Victorian cornicing, a modern shower room and a separate WC. The majority of floors are hardwood with a carpet in the bedroom. The apartment has gas central heating, ideal for heating the apartment in the winter months.

Clean and comfortable apartment with free WiFi

Very clean apartment with ample room for 2. Well apportioned kitchen with a washing machine for laundry. Comfortable and attractive living room and bedroom. View from both rooms of the back of other buildings and a church. Easy access to the building and apartment with key box. Building entranceway and stairway leave something to be desired, but apartment itself is lovely. Neighborhood is adjacent to university, not touristy. Short walk to many eateries, supermarket, and bus stops, about a 20 minute walk to the Royal Mile. Street parking is expensive and limited but available.
