Guest Access:
● Guests will have access to the entire apartment except for the wardrobe in the living room, which is locked and it’s off-limits for guests’ use.
● The outdoor parking at the premises is now chargeable as the Edinburgh council installed machines and yellow signage here in Allanfield Place.
● The private garage is still available and the keyfob will be inside the apartment, hanging in the hallway, BUT spaces in the garage are not assigned and the use is "first come, first served" so free parking is no longer guaranteed unfortunately.
● The property is on the third (top) floor, and there is no lift available.
● There are three flights of stairs to the property.
