The one-bedroom apartment features a fully equipped kitchen with a two-seater breakfast table, while a dining table and chairs can be found in the living room.

The apartment is located in a residential building, so late check-ins are not possible - 2200hrs being the latest.

This is not a party flat. CCTV protected (cameras located externally obviously!).

Maximum number of guests: Two (2) for licencing & insurance reasons. Extra guests are strictly forbidden.

Quiet hours: 2300hrs to 0730hrs. If you need to arrive or leave within these hours please be VERY quiet. Please do NOT book if you cannot be quiet.
The smoking area is in the front garden (not the back garden). Fire assembly point is at the Scotmid grocery shop - across the road.
Please advise us of any guests who have a disability which could potentially impede their evacuation in the event of an emergency at the property.
