Entrance Vestibule opens onto the Hall serving each room in the flat, Bright south face spacious Lounge & 3 Separate Bedrooms.
Spacious and well presented, three-bedroom, ground floor, main-door flat, set in a traditional stone-built tenement. Located on a residential street just off the vibrant Leith Walk, on the north side of Edinburgh city centre. With your own main door access, the entrance vestibule opens into the entrance hall which serves each main room within the flat. The bright and spacious living room which is set to the front and south facing, has decorative plasterwork, an open shelved press, a large recessed window offering plentiful natural light and a window seat. Set off the living room, the kitchen is fitted with wall and base units, stone effect worktops, sink, cooker, washing machine, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. The main bedroom is generously sized and set to the rear, whilst two further bedrooms are set to each aspect, front and back. Completing the accommodation, there are 2 showers (1 bath), 2 basins and 1 wc set over 3 separate spaces with tiled splash walls. 3 separate Bedrooms with 1 King-Size and 2 Double Beds. Leith Walk is a major thoroughfare emanating from the north-east end of Edinburgh city centre, to Leith Shore, Leith Links parkland, and the late Queen's HM Royal Yacht Britannia in the docks, and consists mainly of traditional Victorian tenement properties. A very high amenity area, there is an extensive range of convenience, specialist shopping and supermarkets and cafes, restaurants and bars. Leith Shore also offers a cosmopolitan range of bars, bistros, and Michelin-starred restaurants; whilst the Ocean Terminal complex has many high-street names, restaurants, a gym, and a multi-screen cinema. There are numerous public parks and squares, including the expansive Leith Links, Pilrig Park, and The Water of Leith riverside. You are adjacent to a Tram Stop running down to Leith or up to the city centre, West End and onto Edinburgh Airport; and there are frequent bus services in the area.

Had an amazing trip staying in this lovely apartment perfectly located in the heart of Leith. Convenient waking to everything including the tram. Apartment was clean and cozy. Highly reccomend!
This was a wonderful spot as home base for my family while we explored Edinburgh. The tram stop is just across the street so easy travel to sightseeing. Three small but comfortable bedrooms, a kitchen with appliances, and a living room with two couches and a TV. No problems with power, temperature, water, etc. There is only one toilet but two separate shower/bath rooms. There can be some noise from the street but rare. Not a good choice if you can't keep your own noise low because of thin walls between the rooms and to your neighbors.
