Wellington Place is a truly unique property. The town house was originally designed for a wealthy merchant because of its proximity to the old trading centre of Leith docks and retains a wealth of original features: extravagant beautiful plasterwork and cornicing , marble fireplaces, etched glass windows and original shutters on all windows.
