This attractive apartment provides the best of both worlds; it is within walking distance of Edinburgh City Centre, but is situated in a quiet location with the added benefit of a parking space. With Princes Street and the City Centre only a short walk, you can easily be at the heart of Edinburgh’s shopping, historic and cultural district. For nightlife, the apartment offers convenient access to popular bars and restaurants to suit all tastes and pockets. And when you want a break from the bustle and excitement of the city, the peaceful Royal Botanic Gardens are within walking distance (approx. 15 mins), as are excellent transport connections to out of town attractions. The apartment itself contains two bedrooms (one double and one twin, both with new mattresses from January 2024), one with en-suite facilities. The lounge / dining area open out onto a small patio area, for which a table and chairs are provided.

There is a car park for the development which guests are to use. It is free subject to guests entering the vehicle details into the parking system. There is not an allocated spot, but we have never struggled to find a space.

We loved having the feel of being in a home after so many nights with 3 of us in hotel rooms. The location was fantastic for walking most places we were going. It was so great being able to cook breakfast and do a load of laundry at the last few days of our trip. The people we met in the neighborhood were so nice and the owner answered the phone quickly with offering help.

The apartment is well located just off Leith Walk and within easy walking (or bus or tram) distance of both Edinburgh centre and Leith. The beds are comfortable and there is plenty of storage. Whilst not designated for disabled people it is all on one lever and ground floor and easily negotiated with a walker. the owners are really helpful and gave us full instruction on how to reach the apartment and how to use everything in it! The only thing I'd suggest is a few more leaflets on places to see, though as ex Edinburgh residents we were OK on that! Thanks to Sam and family for an enjoyable stay.

The apartment was very clean and well-stocked for our 10 day visit. Near public transit and shopping with easy access to busses and the Edinburgh tram. The free parking was a huge bonus. I would highly recommend and use again.

We very much enjoyed our time. The apartment was spacious for our 4 adults and had every amenity. Communication was excellent. It was a little far to walk from Waverly Station with luggage, so I would recommend and UBER for that, but easy to walk to Old Town without luggage. Make sure you eat at Momma Roma's italian. and make a reservation.

Great location with large parking area. First floor with easy access. Very quiet at night. Site description 100% accurate. Many restaurants, shops, and pubs within walking distance. Uber to Royal Mile £8-£20 depending on time of day. Owner was very responsive and accommodating.

The location was good- very convenient to the bus and tram (and even a stop on a hop on/off greater area tour). You could also walk easily most anywhere. There are also several grocery store options nearby and the kitchen is well equipped. It was great for our family as there were two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The beds are firm so you might want to take that into consideration if you prefer a soft mattress. Overall an enjoyable stay.

The apartment was larger than we thought. Plenty of space for our little one to play. The layout of the apartment meant that whoever was cooking in the kitchen, was not excluded from the conversations taking place in the living room. Apartment conveniently situated walking distance from attractions and shops.

The flat was situated in a quiet part of Edinburgh, a bit of a walk from the Centre, but there were buses and trams. Beds were clean and comfortable. We did communicate with the owner and got an almost immediate reply from him. Car parking worked well using the QR code. There were pubs and cafes nearby.

Apartment is in a good location and on a quiet street. Sam was very responsive to emails. The apartment is dated and the mold in the bathrooms gave the impression that the bathrooms were not clean. The twin beds were not comfortable, as well. Edinburgh is a fabulous place to visit. The people were lovely!

The flat is well maintained, clean and quiet. The appliances are first rate and all the supplies were readily at hand. The furnishings are from IKEA which has good and not so good points. The bed was very firm, for example. Having two bathrooms was a nice feature especially when travelling with others (or teenagers). The owner has provided a good orientation book and previous guests have created a rack of brochures/references for others to use. The flat is walking distance (20-25 minutes) to Princes Street and easy access to Edinburgh's good transit system.

The property was good mostly quiet for a big city, very clean all we wanted. There is a but though it said there was a DVD player but it was in the twin bedroom and we always take a film or two to watch to relax etc.... but of course we couldn’t. Which we did miss ,also the beds really are not to comfortable shame because it really worked well otherwise.

The size of condo was perfect for what we wanted and the location was perfect. We did find a few things lacking. For example, no toilet paper which we had to go out and buy, no big deal as we had to buy groceries anyways it was a bit inconvenient until we did. Clothes did not thoroughly dry in washer/dryer combo and we did not find clothes dryer until the last day, maybe a note in the otherwise very informative binder. The squeaky floors and noisy water pipe made for a fun getaway. We would stay there again.
