  • New listing for August 2026! We have previous experience renting our spare room while living in the property.

    Our home is uniquely located right in the heart of Edinburgh, with easy access to all major sights and attractions, restaurants, bars, and transport links. The apartment is perfectly placed and thoughtfully equipped for your stay. Featuring two spacious bedrooms with king size beds, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a welcoming hallway, offering plenty of space to relax after a day of exploring.

    Fresh bedsheets and towels will be provided and the spaces will be cleaned to a high standard for your arrival. All of the below will be included in your stay
